    This is a scam. Ordering flowers on the Legacy.com site resulted in emails that stated they could not provide the arrangement that was offered on their site. Then 2 hours before the service received an email that they could not deliver on time. Asked them to deliver to the home that day and later found out they could not. Called customer service who said they would contact a local florist to make and send something the next day. It should have been made already!!!I cancelled the order after interminable hold on the phone. Told them I thought this was a scam and they immediately hung up. Wish I had researched this before ordering from Legacy.com and Teleflora.

Our vendor reached out to you on 10/11 to advise you of the cancellation and refund, and offered to send a complimentary arrangement to the family home.     This place is a joke. I ordered flowers for a memorial service almost a week ahead of time and an hour before the service I get an e-mail telling me they cannot fulfill the order. Praying that I get a refund at this point. After reading the reviews this seems like their typical way of doing business. Should have read the reviews before I placed the order but they were on the funeral homes website. After reading all the bad reviews which Legacy always has a we are so sorry response I am sure I will get one as well.

Our flower partner was unable to secure a florist after several attempts and they said that they reached out to you to let you know.     Will NEVER order from here again..After I placed my order I got a email saying that what I ordered was unavailable but they had already took my money so I decided to get a refund. This was on the 2nd of September..It is now the 8th and still no refund..Finally got a email saying they can mail a check..Don't have a good feeling about this..It's sad I lost my aunt and money..

    The flowers were fine, but the sympathy card had a giant "Please review us on ********* Yelp or ******** ***** on it right under the message I wrote to my dead friend. I wish I could post a photo. So tacky and disrespectful.

    Order tree to be planted in memory of my cousin. Paid for with credit card online. Was suppose to receive an email when tree was planted. Money taken no tree planted. Scammers.
