  The company is a joke I booked a appointment. Did the survey received a confirmation call from the inspector at 11:40to confirm my 2:30 appointment from a818 number I thought it was a spam call at 2:30 no inspector so I called the company and was advised I missed my confirmation call and my appointment had been canceled so I reached out to the inspector and was told that I could be reschedule for a ****** fee replayed I did not cancel the appointment and I will not pay the fee I was rescheduled by the office. And I refused to pay a rescheduling fee so Im being told that the company cannot service my area. My advice is be careful with this company.bad *****************. Means you may get bad results from your inspection just something to think about

  The individual who MI&T sent to my home to do the mold inspection wasnt thorough or accurate in his mold reports. I had to call back and have a different person review my reports. Also The individual wrote down my credit card information instead of charging me on the spot and a month went by and I now have fraudulent online gambling charges to my credit card. The same credit card that he wrote down and took with him. This company is not legit neither are the weird people they have working for them. This man probably does this to many people when he comes to their home and does a half a** inspections and writes down their credit card info and then makes online gambling purchases. Do not trust these people!

  Mit Mold,I don't trust your testing and/or lab equipment was working properly (much like your review page on your website), there is no other explanation! I have confirmation from 2 previous maintenance workers here at Legends At Lake Creek that mine and numerous other buildings here DO have Black Mold. I also have confirmation from several other residents that they have the same mold seeping in from behind their walls and ceilings too. There was even a lawyer that went through here offering free mold testing to any and all residents that wanted theirs done, after the entire building 12 was determined to be "sick". That lawyer was convinced all the buildings here were infested, and with the photos I have seen and collected from numerous neighbors, I am also convinced. I have shared the photos, along with my own apartment photos, with other mold inspectors, and they agree there "IS A PROBLEM" here!I tried to give you an Orange Face / Disappointed / Not Satisfied rating reponse with explanation, but your page is malfunctioning. My disappointment had a lot to do with I did NOT get the testing I expected that I thought I was paying for! There were zero swabs taken, and no tape lifts taken at all! I feel I was mislead in what I believed I was getting and paying for. I definitely won't be recommending y'all after what I have experienced, and now I have to go spend more money and hire another tester to complete the job I thought I was going to be getting from y'all. You can't tell me there is no mold issue in my apartment after just looking at the photos attached below in the email I sent you that you that you refused to respond to!Very Disappointed,~ **********

  We are sorry that you were not happy with the service. If you did receive a secondary inspection by a licensed mold assessment consultant and it contradicted our findings we will issue a full refund. If you have that please forward to [email protected]

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid $500.00 for a mold inspection which was performed promptly as scheduled on March 22, 2022. When I sent the report to the recommended company for mold remediation, I was told that they needed a mold protocol. Called MI&T back. Paid another $250.00 to get the mold protocol. Six weeks later still no mold protocol and after several phone calls, I was told that they never received my payment. What was once a tiny speck of maybe it's mold? has now grown to cover most of my interior closet. I am now on the hook to have someone else come out and do a mold inspection and give me a protocol. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
