"Aside from extensive issues Ive had with ShipBobs services in the past (a prior complaint of mine is not very far down on this page, and is very much in line with other comments here) I recently experienced what I would consider a severe security breach, in which a customer (completely unaffiliated with my business) was able to call ShipBob on the phone and obtain private details regarding my inventory and past shipments that were made.
