    If I could give zero stars I would. I called on Saturday morning, explained that I had a privacy lock that was locked from the inside and needed to have the lock opened so we could use the room. Also I wanted the lock disabled so it would not happen again. He said he could do it. I asked him what his fee was, he said $29.00 so I said ok. He arrived, used an air wedge, said he couldn't disable the lock, I would have to buy a new handle and then said it was $198.00. I said $198.00 he said yes, it's emergency service. I said but I asked you how much and you said $29.00. He repeated that it was emergency.. Then he had the check made out to ************************* not even the name of the locksmith. I believe the other reviews I saw for him had to be from his friends. Because I did not blindly call him. Stay AWAY.
