"On March 18th 2025 I submitted my disability claim Document for payment on April 7th 2025 I contacted combined checking on the status of my claim all to find out it was missing the date combined kicked it back for a date every month combined deduct my account for payment by yet when it's time for payoff it lots of scrutiny here I am waiting on my funds to take of my business still no check. It's now April 9th still no check Horrible I will have to withdraw my membership from combined insurance and take my business to Aflac am no longer satisfy with combined insurance."
