Poor service,call backs very slow. I am getting bills,I never received bills before and now I get bills. Wanted to get a MRI on my back and was told they could not give me a reference for that,but I could go to a walk in clinic. My wife was diagnosed with sleeping disorder and they dropped the ball. Nothing has been done to help her. We are not happy at all with them. They started out with all kinds of test on us. I think it was all about money. I never had these kind of test done by my other doctors.Review fromgiselle b

I recently started going to Oak Street Health, due to the fact my previous doctor left the clinic I was with. I had ordered my labs done, and I was so used to getting a copy via my email. For some strange reason I was told that they don't do that??!!! Are we not in the 21st century??! Anyway, I had a medical situation that I could have easily addressed, and it would not gotten to the point where I had to enlist the use of going to ************ I had the labs done in November of 2024 and wasn't given the results until my next appointment which wasn't until January of 2025!!! This is just unacceptable!! I am currently seeking another primary care physician outside of the Oak Street Health!!! I should have been emailed my labs as soon as they were available!!! This is NOT professional at ALL!!!

Been stalked and harassed by this gay guy ***** ******** for over twenty years. He contacted my doctor ***** *****, at the ************* and had her make fun of me and deny me treatment. The police refuse to do anything about him. *****'s employees made fun of me last year, when I was unable to get health care of any kind. And I'm disabled. Absolutely zero ethics. I came back to oat street, I believe I had made a mistake, my doctor quit got a N.P , just a mess, trying to get refills on time can't talk to anyone most of the time to find out when she sending my refill to the pharmacy, and then when I do get to talk to someone it's always they are working on it, without a time frame, and ever understand why it's so hard to get a straight answer, I am still waiting for my refill. Just keeps telling me if you don't hear anything when I 24hours give us a call back I been on this medicine for year's. I am really thinking about going somewhere else that care for the patient and not the money.Oak Street Health/Corporate

I received a mailer regarding health care. I called and they advised they dont take my health insurance( UHC)"Ok deal done , nut now i ma getting weekly mailers to my business office> I called and asked them to remove my name from mailing list Still getting aa letter in the mail weekly Any business who cant manage mailing lists and or who wastes $$$ on unwonted mail shouldn't be trusted with ***** ********* a tree stop wasting paper!Oak Street Health/Corporate

Oak Street in Ft. Worth off ***************** needs to be investigated. I had lab work done there and never returned my call about the results. When I called they couldn't connect me to the right person. I tried 3 times to reach them with no luck. I Would Not recommend oak street health to any one. Stay Away. Oak Street Health, ******** location is unprofessional!!! I was falsely accused of being AGGRESSIVE & Threatening!!! As everyone should know Oak Street Health recently settled, mind you the operative word is SETTLED because you don't settle unless you're guilty!! They recently settled for thousands of dollars because they were and probably still are submitting false medical claims towards ********!! I am a former patient. The site manager as well as Dr. ** didn't want me there because I challenged some rules in place. Yes I am outspoken however the contents were MISCONSTRUED!!! I am a self-advocate. There is some misappropriation occurring at OSH!!! The doctor *** works there is very unprofessional. As a matter of fact his degree is very questionable!!!!! *** will indeed begin to regret their position with OSH!!!Review fromJoseph B.

Last year I got rid of oak Street health because of the horrible treatment I received there and now they are trying to claim that they are my patient relations manager and receive state money off of my ******** even though I am going to crusader clinic and have a totally different primary care doctor. Oak Street health is violating the false claims act by claiming patients health issues are worse than they really are to try to gain control over them and by saying that I have a patient relations manager when I got rid of oak Street health is a fraudulent scam that needs to be investigatedOak Street Health/Corporate

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have encountered ... they cancelled my appointments as first time patient and they could not offer a reason ...3 in a month ... this is ridiculous and totally unprofessional and they did not call about the cancellation
