****** came out promptly after hours and was able to trouble shoot the problem with my furnace that was not kicking on.. He was professional and explained l I needed a new fan and told me what I needed to do if it went out again overnight until he was able to secure the part tomorrow during business hours.

Outstanding sales and service staff. Alen sold me on the company when he provided me with a selection of options for replacing the heating coil in my existing furnace and a new air conditioner to replace the old one explaining the advantages of each one helping me to make My selection. But oh the amazing installers who came to install it all in the worst locations possible on a 90 degree day. ** in an attic through a small entrance hole in a closet to gain access to the furnace to replace the coil and in a cramped space in a garden in full bloom that reqduired them to lift one air-conditioner over another without damaging the garden as they did so. The amazing ******* ***** and Akeem were my heroes of the day as they performed their jobs flawlessly. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Guardian for your heating and cooling needs.Guardian Heating & Cooling Service, Inc.

The service technician, ******, arrived on time and installed five thermostats. He communicated well and guided me through registering all the devices. Prompt professional service after a storm caused a 24 hr. service call. I phoned at 10:15 pm and spoke w ****** She arranged a tech call by 8:00 am. ****** arrived shortly thereafter, answered all my questions and taught me what repair/ replacement will look like going forward, and what my options were.
