  This is my third time selling a gift card to this company and I can't say everytime has been a freaking headache. I always end up having to contact them numerous times to get paid and it takes forever for them to even respond to emails. They give you one day that day comes and goes and nothing to your account so once again your made to contact them only to wait for respond forever and only to be giving some bs excuses I'll be using another company from now on ***.

  I have sold many gift cards and yes sometimes they may take longer than 10 days to pay, but eventually I've gotten paid every time, even a few times when the cards I uploaded had zero balance due to getting them mixed up, they were flexible and sis not freeze or block my account, emails may take a while to respond but every time I have called during reg work hours somebody picks up, sometimes it's a lady sometimes a man, so no complaints there I will definitely keep using their service!!

  Zero dollars on the gift card. Zero care from Giftcard Outlet Purchased cards as a gift. First, before they would send the cards they called me and tried to get lots of personal information like birthdate and last 4 of SS. I refused and said they could send me the cards or I'd file a charge back with my credit card. They eventually send what were supposed to be the gift cards.When the recipient tried to use them they had zero balance on them. Giftcard Outlets told me I'm out of luck. Gift cards aren't supposed to expire, but if you buy them here don't count on your money being on the gift card when you try to use it.

  Had a gift card for 250$ wanted cash for submitted it to the giftcardoutlet and as soon as I did the card was wiped. Next thing I know I received a email saying the card was invalid. I emailed them back and said "then how did you wipe my card then? ". They said we couldn't have ** your card is invalid but they are the only way it could have been wiped absolute scam of a business! DO NOT USE THESE WORTHLESS JERKS!!!! IM BEYOND MAD.

  This business has scam like tendencies. I submitted 2 small gift cards for sale, agreed to a selling price, and after providing the gift card number for verification I was told that a copy of my government issued ID needed to be attached to their website prior to any payment occurring. I have sold other gift cards to reputable companies without the requirement of personal information being sent. Coincidentally 2 business days after contacting them, I received phishing calls from another scam company so beware, not only do they appear to be stealing money by not compensating, they seem to be selling and or sharing information with other scammers.

  They scammed me for a $50 giftcard and took weeks to respond by email and once they did they said they payed me through bill.com which they didnt because I messaged support on bill and they told me this isnt the first time they have claimed to pay someone and really didnt. So dont mess with GCO unless you wanna be scammed

  I ordered an Advance Auto Parts discounted gift card. It was declined because there was a problem with my personal information. I saw the negative reviews and said, "Here we go!", expecting a runaround, but I promptly got an email stating the problem, and how to fix it. I went in and added my zip code, then repurchased the card. It went through without an issue, I got a confirmation phone call, and then got the code emailed to me within minutes. I went to Advance Auto website and made my purchase, again without an issue. Will definitely be using again!

  This company is an absolute scam. I sold them a lift digital e-gift card and was supposed to receive payment within 10 days according to their own guidelines that was on February 17th today is March 7th I still have not been paid. I emailed them they don't respond, I call them they don't answer and it transfers me to some guy name ******. Do not use this company, avoid at all costs!!
