This review is for potential homebuyers considering a property flipped by LC & C Properties and Management Group, LLC. We closed on our home in January 2024, and we were excited to begin our new chapter. Unfortunately, our dream quickly turned into a nightmare due to numerous, undisclosed problems with the property.Major Issues:Non-functional AC: Despite assurances in the disclosures, the central air conditioning unit was broken, leaving us sweltering and forcing us to pay for repairs.Missing Window Screens: The closing agreement promised window screens, which were never installed and remain absent despite repeated attempts to contact the seller.Faulty Sewer Line: A critical issue with the entire sewer line was discovered, requiring complete replacement. An illegal drain in the garage caused sewage backups and flooding, posing a serious health hazard. This unexpected expense caused immense financial strain.Water Leaks: The kitchen ceiling leaks whenever it rains, causing structural damage. A wet bar in the basement also leaks, damaging the surrounding area.Poor Construction Quality: Peeling paint on the porch and deck was a clear sign of neglect from the day we moved in. Leaky plumbing in the upstairs bathroom caused water damage in the basement. Loose fixtures throughout the house came loose shortly after moving in, raising concerns about overall construction quality.Extreme Disappointment:We are extremely disappointed with the property's condition, especially considering the short time since closing. These issues have caused immense stress, and financial hardship, and completely disrupted our dream of homeownership.Buyer Beware:Potential buyers considering a property flipped by LC & C Properties and Management Group, LLC should be extremely cautious and conduct thorough inspections. Our experience highlights the importance of not relying solely on disclosures and taking steps to ensure the property's true condition.
