"TERRIBLE SERVICE, The day of delivery they could not fit the couch up, refused to give me a refund unless they took 25% of the total. Scheduled a technician to come out with a $150 fee to disassemble the couch at 8am, no one contacts me until after 930am technician is still 40 minutes away from the warehouse to pick up the furniture, romo furniture calls me saying I cant refuse to pay the technician because hes separate from the company & now its $300, it was $150 a piece, DO NOT GO HERE!"
