    I signed up hoping to get an advance. I was never able to complete the process, but was still charged membership fees. After contacting them and telling them I wanted to cancel my subscription, they continued to charge me and got smart with me when I told them I was going to have my bank stop all payments to them.

    I never received my cash advance and they charged me a membership fee and said the payment for my advance including fees and express fees would be taken from my account in 2 days. I wouldn't have requested an advance that was going to be taken in 2 days. Still don't know what happened to the advance I was supposed to get. Can't get through to customer service, can't get a reply back to my email, can't cancel my account. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

    I've had the same issue with customer support falsely accusing me of being a fraudster for blatantly mentioning that they charge a subscription fee that not only is required before being accepted/approved. But also, must be paid in order for you to want your account deleted or removed. Holding my data hostage for a fee is ludicrous and I am absolutely furious.

    I downloaded the app and installed it, but when I saw they charged for their services I immediately uninstalled the app. I was charged for the service anyway. I sent an email to them regarding the unauthorized charge and whoever responded to the email was very rude and threatened to blacklist my bank account and said they would make it to where any cash advance company I used would no longer to business with me. Here is the threatening email: If you keep arguing with us while you are at fault, we can BLACKLIST your bank account and other information about you as FRAUDSTER so that no other app and financial companies--using the same payment processor or network--will ever approve you for their services. I was not at fault at all.

    Wish I could give less. Where do I start they don't respond back to request. Logged in one day to find my account deleted. I'm like wow what happened. One of the most unprofessional app I seen.

    Non professional and discriminate against who can use their website. Non responsive to messages, and should be closed down.

    Extremely rude customer service. I edited my review to a 2 from a 5 based on my experience with the app and to give an honest review so they in turn sent me a rude email stating that I violated their policy by leaving a low review and were cancelling my account. So be careful when reading their reviews because it your honest they will cancel your account. There are much better apps out there that encourage honest feedback.
