      First they way overchaged me for my tickets to Ravinia show Earth Wind and Fire. I paid $350.00 for 2 lawn seats. I submitted a claim with ****** trying to get my money back but to no avail. I contacted the company and they told me I could always resell my tickets with them for a Fee! I have still not received the actual tickets!

      Is there a zero as a choice? ****. They mark tickets up 3x over face value, charge and outlandish processing feethen charge for delivery. Once I realized, 30 miss later, I emailed called the company. They essentially said tough s*** and don't try to dispute the charge because they will share their contract and win. They said i could resell them for profit. That withdrawal be impossible since they charged over $100 per ticket that the venue is seeking for $20.Shut this business down!!!!!

      I just ordered concert tickets from this business and they charged fees that were not included in the description. I called them back to dispute the costs and to cancel and they refused. I have filed a complaint with ******* hoping to get my money back. They are a scam site. Do not order tickets through this site.

      They ripped us off for over $280 for theatre tickets. We purchased the tickets from them thinking they were the ticket vendor (they appeared to be) and they are a scam with no tickets. Avoid these people, I hope they go to jail. We filing complaints with every agency we can think of including the *************** for the township in which we live.

      This is indeed a scam. As you look into the event it comes up first " ********** "limited seats". I realized all at the event. The event was 1/3 full. $40 ticket which could have been bought from City Winery directly (I found out later) was re-sold (it appears more than once) $150. I bought 4. City Winery file shows: a) $40, b) my name c) a different address (when I checked it shows a rental property!), d) a different phone number, e) different credit card and f) a different email address. When I wanted to dispute and redirected to this number I was told " this is America, resale is legal" What about all false information attached to my name??!I am horrified and very mad. I will let this be known through my many social contacts and follow through any legal paths that would apply.

      Run!! Do not do business with Ticket Fulfilment Services. LLC. They upcharge a ridiculous amount on top the fee! I wish I would of read the reviews and spent some time researching. The worst part of it is, ****** facilitates doing business with this fraudulent company. Horrible, terrible reviews ALL over the place, even on their own 'Community' area of ******. I do not trust ****** anymore! ****** should always be one step ahead when providing a method of payment for its customers....shame on ****** for participating and facilitating this shame of a company.

      **********- this company is predatory. You think you are purchasing directly from the music amphitheater because it is set up to look like that and then you are brought to a site that does NOT even provide the tickets to you immediately after paying. I attempted to immediately contact the business through the contact us button on my email notification, and it didnt open any contact form. I had to search for a place to even get a chat agent. My credit card transaction was pending as it had been an hour, and they would not cancel the order even though they dont have the tickets available. You have to *hope* you get them in time. That is not how I do business!

      This ticket 3rd party charged me $85 more than the concert ticket cost for nothing. I would not recommend them. It seems that after I purchased tickets, they then bought the tickets and up charged me $85 more. When I finally got link to print e ticket after a month, the ticket price on the ticket was $85 less.Buyer beware of this 3rd party ripoff company.They should be shut down.
