    I picked up my clothes on 04/25/2023, at the CD One Price Cleaners on 22nd Michigan. I had a **** suit and four additional pairs of jeans. I always ask that my jeans have no crease and heavy starch. I also requested that the **** jacket receive heavy starch. Upon me inspecting my clothing to see if it was done as I requested (as I often do when picking up my clothes because this has happened to me before, so I check before I leave) I discovered that I did not have heavy starch on anything. So, I kindly pointed this out to the associate, who in turn told the production manager. Not only did the production manager refuse to correct this, but gave me some half excuse as to why they didn't put heavy starch on my clothing that I specifically requested. The production manager also insisted that I sign something that absolves them from liability for starching my jeans. Now understand, I have had these same jeans cleaned and starched here many, many times. I have never had to sign anything. I feel like they just took my money and did what they wanted to do with my clothes. The production manager did not even have the decency or the courage to come out and talk to me themself, rather sending messages through the associate to relay to me. I have been doing business with this location for many years on a weekly basis and have never felt so disrespected, marginalized and insignificant. I just thanked the associate ***** for her help and excellent customer service and kindly said that I will never come back and do business at this location again. Thank you. Allis *****. I feel like they just took my money.

    I have done business with CD Price for almost a year now. My last batch of clothes were a day behind and due to the inconvenience the young lady at the front advised she would add two credits to my account for dry cleaning. On today, I bought in 2 garments for dry clean that I intended to use those two credits for.The employee at the counter asked for my number to look up my account. She told me she did not see any credits added therefore there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager. She approached me in an extremely hostile manner, and from the look on her face - already uninterested in keeping a regular customer happy.She checked my account as well and told me she did not see the credits therefore refused to honor it. I told the manager this is poor customer service. Especially for a regular customer. She became more angry and told me she did not care, rolled her eyes and walked away. I asked the other lady standing there what her supervisors email address was to contact her about my experience. The woman asked that same mean and hostile manager for the email, she shrugged her shoulders and said I dont know. Which is a blatant lie.Terrible customer service. Hostile manager. **** and took no accountability for what her employee decided not to do. Even the employee said, Wow, that was really rude. But she hates to be wrong. This is how she is.Just terrible!
