"Pros -Loved working with the clients -Diverse population of clients to work with -Learn how to handle crises, group work, and individual -Trainings were solid -CEUs decent **************** is horrible and this includes executive director -Supervisors do not support their staff -Clients can treat staff however they please and management does not care including threatening their staff -Covering costs for health insurance could be vastly improved -Building could be updated rather than having maintenance cut costs -Let go of staff that do not deserve to be let go and then hold onto staff that don't care Advice to Management Clients make the job-however your staff are what make the clients remain there. Treat your counselors with respect that they deserve and not just who you favor."
