      The first time I had contacted ** to ***air my credit score, I was unknowingly transferred to a third party by a ** ***resentative. I paid them $300 to ***air my credit. All of a sudden I got letters in the mail saying ** would not accept the dispute as it did not come directly from me. I am currently trying to get a refund from "Credit Clerk".I called ** to dispute through them today and it was like pulling teeth trying to figure out why they would not accept the dispute from a third party knowing that they have the information I am trying to dispute. I ended up disputing through **, and was told I would be able to upload supporting documents through the ** website (which was not user friendly at all to sign up with) and am currently being told by a *** over live chat that I have to wait a week to send said documents to their email or to send it to their mailing **********'s no wonder nobody wants to deal with the *************. This is ridiculous.

      Scams. Take your money and keep charging after you canceled and deleted profiles then never can get anyone on the phone with over 30+ wait times till you get too frustrated and hang up

      Trans Union is the WORST credit reporting system out there. Some day I hope they get shut down and all there people live on the streets!!!!!

      They work for these companies. On my dispute it gave me 30 words to describe what happened. Tmobile overcharged me for 2 years with me asking the whole time for it to be fixed. They never would. Now they're lying. They made the mistakes or they'd show my transcript. I contacted the BBB. They're a complete joke. Don't waste your time there. Yet nobody investigated what I was saying they just team up with the business.

      I tried several time to access my account with ********************** only to get a " your account has been suspended" message. So I called their service number only to put in my information 4 TIMES!! (automated system). Finally got to talk to a person, except they hardly spoke English and I could not understand them. They are in New *****(?) *****! After getting nowhere I just gave up and cancelled my account with them. Worst credit report company ever ! The only reason I left 1 star is that is as low as it goes!!

      Worst customer service ever, they deserve less than 1 star. Unable to provide resolutions for disputes (been over 45 days when I was told a maximum of 30 days), keep being told that that they will adress the dispute as soon as possible but with no time line. Have asked to get a call back from a supervisor and this has been done 3 times now and no call so far. Agents are very difficult to understand and keep asking for the same information over and over. In my last call I was told by another agent that there is no dispute under my name (eventhough the website clearly shows that there is an open dispute under my name). Every time you call you have to explain over and over wht the issue is

      Horrible site--Everytime I deal with them I have to reset my password, they don't recognize my info, etc. Never want to deal with themn again

      ***** to use their website to request a copy of my credit report. There was NO problem inputting my personal information to their site, but when it came to providing my free online report it would not load, and only came up as a blank page. I tried 3 times. Now I feel like their site itself is what I need to worry about. What is going on?

      You're dealing with very sensitive personal info, so TransUnion will work hard to make you a victim of ID theft when you call their call center in ***** & have to provide your SSN twelve times! Then they will say they don't see your info??? They will not understand the simplest requests & will "transfer you", hang up on you, have zero answers & just continually say the dumbest canned responses over & over. Waste of time & infuriating. TransUnion serves zero purpose & is awful on every level.

      *** needs to shut this place down. I live nowhere near this location and have never made contact with them and yet they are all over my credit report with over 20 hard inquiries. A literal outpost of a credit bureau is committing identify theft and it's disgusting.
