    I dropped my sons gaming computer off to be repaired by the owner of Terrells Computer Repair on Saturday, September 28, 2024. The goal was to have an operating system installed within 3 hours however I have not spoken to the owner since. He has failed to answer any calls or texts since that time. I have filed a police report for theft of property but am now out of $600 spent on a Christmas gift for my son last year. My son is crushed and my husband and I are livid.

    I took my laptop to ******* for a cosmetic repair, something very little, but he ended up damaging other areas of the laptop by following a crude way to get it done, which he did not succeed. Instead of simply changing the cover, he was using an adhesive substance to effect repair and damaged the entire section of my laptop. He initially collected from me an approximately 3/4 of the payment. He presented unprofessionally for the most time while dealing with me and stopped picking my calls. One could not reach him physically because one needs a door code to get into the building where he lives. He uses his room as his office. Be that as it may, my laptop Wi-Fi signal that was perfectly okay prior releasing my laptop to him was no more getting signal when I took my laptop home to take to another repairer. I had to pay another money to get that fixed. Other repairers/technicians refused to take the laptop from me and those that wanted to fix the damages charged me so high considering the damages ******* had done on it. His excessive use/drinking of alcohol (liquor) while working is also a big issue as he presents with inappropriate affects, untidiness, lack of focus, impatience, irritation, anger, frustration, and suspension from driving for many years now, according to him.
