Worst flight I ever had. Rude flight attendants. **************** never answers the phone. If you need to change your flight for any reason best believe you have lost your money they won't help you at all.

I wish there was a way to submit this review without having to give any stars. This airline deserves a negative 5. **************** was the worst. They gave me the wrong gate number... Made me miss my flight... I had to pay extra money to get another flight out of ******... They claim their credit card machine was down and all they'll accept is cash. You ask a question and they made it seem like you are bothering them. FYI... This is your job. Never again will I use this airline or recommend no matter how cheap. Please people!! Pay the extra for a better airline and service.

If could give 0 starts review to this airline I would. I have had some bad moments at the airports but on June 17, 2022 I had the worst experience ever with this airline. When I got to the ticket counter located by the gate, I was not wearing a mask so the employee that checked my documentation told me that masks were required during the flight. While ****** still requires the use of masks during flights, I live in one of the states that do not require the use of masks anymore, so I dont carry them with me as I used to, plus I am fully vaccinated. But understanding their policies, I asked the employee if they had masks that I could purchase from them, but they (the person helping me and her colleague) said they did not have any masks and I would not board the plane if I was not wearing one. So I went to several stores within the airport looking for a mask, but since its use is not required they dont sell them anymore. Luckily, TSA had some extra ones and gave me one for free. When I got back to the gate I saw the same employee who checked my documentation and had told me they did not have any masks available providing masks to a another passenger. So, I questioned this persons colleague about it, but he said he had nothing to do with it. So, this airline clearly allows their employees to choose who they want to help and if you are not one of them, well good luck to you because you are on your own.
