"I cannot speak for anyone's dealings and issues with AdGem but my own interactions with them. I don't see or understand a lot of the complaints as in my support interactions with them have all favored in my way, and when things could have possibly went against what I knew was right, I kept my composure and never once disrespected the support staff." ... "Yes I just spent a $1.86 on your game where is the free items I can file a complaint and they been having some kind of trouble with there app or something I don't care if they block me I spent my money I worked for I want my free items from that I paid that I want my items for that game and people who has been attacking I done saw what there pulling they attack you then comes back and there town you can't attack back those folks need blocked off the game." ...
