  Complete scammers, provide one quote and charge double, have all the proofs the job took them 7h total and charged us 10h and 2 extra fees which they never mentioned when asking for rates. They also use new location on ****** maps with 4.3 stars as their original is already below 2.3 stars, stay away! Also they never asked for any approval and just do what they wanna do and bill you an overpriced invoice

  This company was an hour and a half late They quoted me a certain price of 125 + $4 a mile. I asked him how many miles he said 16 it should been 189. When it came down to pain there was all these hidden fees. This place is a scam there's all kinds of people that have the same problems with them They should be shut down

  Aweful pricing...total rip off..please do yourself a favor & call other towing company's. total price *************** ..they charged $1400.00 for 15 mins to undeck a forklift..DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! Never again will we ever use this Towing ************** deserve no stars at all

  Yesterday, these people rob me and take advantage of our language barest and charge is 1550$ for inbound for the excuse that I dont pay for their service. That is not truth. I am ask them for the phone convert record which he said he have them. First of all I call to tow my truck because I saw their command MIGHTYS TOWING RECOVERY and I said I want to tow my truck and the guy he said what happen and I told him my truck wont start and it have some fuel system issue. He said his mechanic will check for diagnostics and I ask him for quotes he said his mechanic will check out diag than we will go from their. After his mechanic see the problem he said I have to tow my truck to their shop for repair. I said ok because I want to fix the problem. After that he said I have to pay for the tow, road side repair and the shop repair. I question him that I am ok for tow to there shop and repair but how I need to pay for the road side repair charge which they didnt repair.

  On July 1st, between approximately 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM, I contacted *********************************************************** due to a coolant leak in my vehicle. Upon arrival, the technician identified the suspected source of the leak, replaced the hose with the old clamp (pointed out on the photo), and refilled the coolant. After completing the work, I was billed for the services, and the technician sent me on my way.The following day, on July 2nd, at approximately 6:20 AM, I discovered that the coolant was still leaking. I promptly contacted *********************************************************** again, and they informed me that assistance was on the way. However, despite my follow-up requests for an estimated time of arrival (ETA) at 6:24 AM, 7:05 AM, and 8:01 AM, I received no response.Eventually, at 9:30 AM, the technician contacted me, stating that he was an hour and a half away and that there might be an additional service charge of $450. I had already paid $450 for the initial service to diagnose and repair the coolant leak. The failure to thoroughly address the issue has resulted in additional expenses and a loss of a day's work.

  Crooked awful thieves. They bait and switch you with inflated hidden fees and then threaten to take your car if you don't pay. Once they have your car in the hook/truck bed they hold you hostage. Don't use them.

  Today I had to used the service of this company worst experience ever and racist people I ever encountered and scammers one day your going to get some one really mad no wonder you have the worst reviews I should read them before I called you calling me stupid Mexican and that my truck is a piece of s*** I had never had this kind of service dont want leave a star cause you deserve none

  I called around to get quotes before having my vehicle towed. Mightys wasnt the most affordable but had a better time slot(which was an hour late). The quote that I had gotten from calling the business was originally $95 for the tow/dispatch and then $2/mile. After my vehicle was picked up I received my invoice to my tow. This was nothing what I was expecting. The quote I had gotten forgot to mention there was a $20 fee for them to get my car on top of paying a $15 gas charge. And to top it off they ended up charging $4/mile. When I called the business confused why I was being charged so much the employee tells me that the per mile charge is $3/ mile. So i ended up paying more than I was quoted the fist and second time. You would think a quote would include everything from gas charge to per mile but apparently this company will tell you lower then not drop your vehicle until you make the payment. I would 100% not recommend this company to anybody.

  On 05/18/22 my semi truck broke down at ****** **. I hired tow service - Mightys Towing & Recovery Inc. (** DOT *******). They forced me to provide credit card info, otherwise they refused to come down. After tow service was completed, they requested to pay $585.00 and $45 fee for credit card use. When I asked to remove the fee, they offered to send money via Zelle wire transfer. I attempted to send money through Zelle and for some reason payment didn't go through. Tow truck driver didn't go away and after 15 min warned me that I need to pay now or they are going to charge my credit card. Then I attempted to send money through Zelle again and two (2) payments of $585.00 - $1170.00 total went to their account. All my attempts to get my money refunded through the phone were turned down. Then I decided to go to their office to the address provided on invoice and ilsos.gov website - ******************************************************************************. I found there is another company at this address. Nobody knows where the towing company located and where is their physical address.
