      I contacted them in 2020 for a refund after cancellation. They refused and said they cancelled my subscription, but the last 4 years I keep getting charged. No one is responding. I got royally effed. GIANT SCAM!!!!

      We apologize for the inconvenience as it does appear the cancellation was initially missed. As soon as you contacted us this year though to let us know you were still being charged we assisted with refunding all charges that occurred after your initial cancellation. If you have any other questions for us, feel free to reach back out via [email protected], but currently your subscription is cancelled and all charges since the intended date of cancellation have been refunded after we were informed of the original mistake. While it is unfortunate, we hope you understand mistakes can happen at times and we will always do our best to rectify them and make them right if they occur.

      We used MeShare cloud service for a few months before cancelling after finding a better camera. We recently got a bill for $50 for these services, after sending them screenshots and confirmation that it was in fact cancelled months prior they stated that we still have the service and won't refund us. After sending multiple email we are getting automated responses. Never use them, they will charge you after you cancel and ignore all attempts to contact them.

      Hi Steven, We've recently reviewed your case again and we see you had two cameras and had cancelled only one. We attempted to explain that the camera you had cancelled which you provided evidence of was not the same camera you were charged for and provided the other ID. You initially subscribed 2 cameras on 12/20/21, it renewed for 2 devices 12/20/22, you cancelled one device on 8/23/23 as you showed, and were charged for the other remaining device you had not cancelled on 12/20/23. We immediately assisted with cancellation when you contacted us, but as the subscription was not cancelled prior to renewal, it was not eligible for refund.
