      In making a sale to me, the Helitech salesman failed to mention several things I needed to do that I only learned later and after the project had already started: providing pics before the work started showing items had been moved from wall, hiring a professional locator to identify water, sewer and electrical lines, moving a water heater, moving a gas pipe, adding electrical outlets. It was clear that Helitech was only interested in making a sale and wouldnt mention all the additional work needed to make that sale. If I hadnt put in so much work already, made a down payment, and set aside a week for the project, I would have turned them away. But by the time I learned of all the additional requirements, I wasnt in a position to walk away. These unexpected issues led to delays in the project and several thousand dollars in additional expenses.

      Contacted Helitech in Sept about work to repair cracks to basement walls. Met with **** ****** on Sept. 10 he surveyed the work and prepared a proposal, this item was signed and a check for $1,020.00 deposit was given to him on Sept 19. **** stated **** would contact me regarding scheduling the work. **** did contact me and a list of dates that would NOT work was given to her. There were numerous txt and calls made by me to check on scheduling to no avail. On Oct. 28 I spoke with **** about stopping the project because of no date to accomplish the work after a month, later that day **** called me and I stated the same request and he said he would request a refund check. Two weeks later, Nov 11 I txt **** that if I had not received a refund by Nov 15 I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would like my deposit returned and be done with this terrible experience.**** P

      Helitech has helped heal every home Ive owned. Their estimators are knowledgeable and communicate well, and their installers are very professional and get their work done quickly and in a cleanly manner.

      Helitech fixed my dads house, he had sticking doors and a corner of his foundation was cracked and falling off. They stabilized his home and fixed his foundation wall. The home care specialist that came out was knowledgeable and able to assess and more importantly explain what was going on and exactly how they intending on fixing it. And with a lifetime warranty to boot. I only wish they would let me give 6 stars.

      Ive had **** ******* out to my parents home twice now for a wet basement. Turns out it was a bad window seal one time and a leaky water main the other. Neither were things that Helitech fixed but I really appreciate his honest observation and professional insight. Would highly recommend.
