  The elevator has be out for 3 days (Nov27-29). It took 6 telephone calls to finally contact someone. When I spoke to the employee and explained that I don't have access, he disagreed and said "You have access. You can use the stairs. " I explained that because of my age and health reasons I can't carry 6 large bins down 3 floors. He said I could hire someone to do it for me. I fully understand that the elevator is out. However, it's hard to believe that they only have one. I'm paying $245.00/month not to get to my properties and listen to a cocky employee. I am legally handicapped and as of now there is no handicap access to the 3rd Floor. I will be notifying the ********** of ***** with a formal complaint that they are in violation of the American Disabilities Act and post this on social media, if I don't get some satisfaction within the next 2 days. I suggest to whom ever reads this to think twice about ************.

  No Stars.I had 2 units with them for about 2 years, I was moving my items on a cart, the units were located in different areas of the building, so I had to pass through a hall, there was a heavy, self closing door that I had to pass through.There was no door stop, no employees were available.As I tried to maneuver the cart, it accidentally slipped, & bumped the door, immediately a big man came running out of an office screaming, "Get your lazy a** over & hold that door, you're paying for that.I want you out here, now!" I tried to speak with him, but he refused.. I'm an older person, there was absolutely no reason to speak to me that way.. I had to drop everything & move out, also my other unit was raised in price $65.00, even though I had recently asked about it, & was told there would be no raise until March or April of 2023.So I had to move out of there too.I had ***** remaining on the smaller unit I vacated first, & I called the store, was told I would not be getting that money back.Another problem I had was a customer blocking my car, one of the employees went to find him among 3 floors, which they had music playing, why not make an announcement to move the car? I got screamed at for that too.

  Do not do business with this place! The despicable humans in charge lie, are rude, inconsiderate, and couldn't care less about your needs. I reserved a U-haul trailer and when I arrived, I learned there was no trailer. I had to travel to another location to get a smaller one, as things were already in motion. When I asked for a name, she said, "don't worry about it." Such awful people who work there. But, in the end, I got a $50 refund (so my rental was free) and "U-Stor-it" will be charged by U-haul, because U-Haul has a reservation guarantee. The world will be a better place when this business goes up for auction.
