    ********* towing is a crooked organization. I parked my friend's car at the Carbondale *********************, public property. ********* towing, took it upon herself to tow the vehicle cuz it didn't have a parking permit for the college. He refused myself and the owner of the car anything out of the car till he got thousands of dollars for the tow. He refused me all of my tools in the car which had my name on them and I have receipts. Then a couple months later he know he tells me that he auction the car and all of its belongings off. He was supposed to use certified mail per the law yet he didn't. He stole my friend's car he stole my tools he violated our due process rights and violated every single procedure he was supposed to use to tow a vehicle
