    I went to Big Ray's to get an oil change for my car, I had been there about 4-5 times. I was in my car while they changed my oil with the windows down, and before I knew it, the mechanic was telling me to start my car, hurrying me out. My car was the only one there, no one was waiting for service. I asked him if he checked my tires, because he was finished so fast, almost too fast. So he went about acting like he was putting air in them. I say acting because I have put air in tires many times and I could tell he was just going through the motions. I never even heard any air leave the hose. I asked him if he topped off my windshield wiper fluid, he said well of course he had. When I got home I opened the hood of my car and I did not even have to open the cap to know that the mechanic looked me right in the face and lied about filling my wiper fluid. I opened my Ford app because it gives a reading of the air in each tire-no air was added. I know that because my passenger tire always runs the lowest and it was STILL low. I know it sounds like I am whining about some air and wiper fluid, but it is more than that. I paid $80 for this oil change on a Ford Fusion, and I trusted this company to give my car $80 worth of this service. I am paying them for a service, not to be met by a lying, lazy employee who is damaging the business he is working for. I choose one star ONLY because I had to so my review would post.
