  Dropped a hug branch on my roof , caused roof damage and claimed there was no damage and that what I heard being dropped on my roof was nothing. Couple weeks later I now have water damage State Farm came out and assessed it and showed it was damaged. Hes taking no responsibly and acting smug and unprofessional.

  I cannot recommend Johns pro tree service. They dragged the limbs through my landscape and broke the glass globe on my antique gas pump. Then cleaned it up and did not tell me. I watched the video, then called ****. After rude responses, and my agreeing to a reproduction globe at half the cost, he said that he would reimburse. Since then my responses have been "sit tight" now after 3 months he is ghosting me. I tried to resolve this before posting a bad survey. But need to warn others. **** Van. *******, Il

  Called got a quote, then we cut down 7 trees ourselves. Had the guy back out for a re-quote. He couldn't tell time and showed up an hour before the scheduled time even through he was told we were at work. Then he gives a quote only $1000 less than the original quote again even though 7 trees were cut down already. Then he agreed on a price and I should have known by his unprofessionalism because he just scribbled the agreed service on the back of his business card. He gave us a date of Tuesday or Wednesday. I bet you guessed it, NO SHOW! Then when we reached out to this guy to see if he was going to show up, all he said was "Nope"... *********** business that I have reported to the BBB for his breach of contract because little does he understand, he agreed to a price, a service and a date. Don't do business with them. They were not the cheapest price "guaranteed" like they're card said too. It's all a scam

  We just had a job completed by Johns Pro Tree Service and they did a spectacular job at a very reasonable price. Our was a difficult one, at least in my opinion. Two huge Maple trees, at least 60 years old and about 75 foot tall located right off our back deck about 8 feet from the back of our house. The crew arrived right on time, were very friendly and didnt make us feel like we were being a bother when we asked questions. The worked so efficiently. I didnt think it was possible to remove both trees in one day but the job was complete by 4:00. The guys on the crew work like a fine-oiled machine, each having their own responsibilities and executing them perfectly. The skill and precision in cutting the large limbs/branches while up in the tree and the skill of the crane operator amazed me. Their attention to detail in cleaning up after shredding the branches and cleaning up the wood chips was outstanding. What a great experience. And then this morning, a gentleman came to grind the huge stumps and within two hours, they were gone. I highly recommend Johns Pro Tree Service and in fact, we are so pleased we are having to very tall Blue Spruce removed from our front yard and our neighbor is having them remove six trees from her property in the next few weeks. If you are looking for a tree service that is honest, reliable, experienced and caring, hire Johns Pro Tree Service.

  I just recently had Pro-Tree Service on my property, and they did extensive trimming, per my request, on our very large tree. The work they did was amazing. They were skillful, safety-conscious, and clean & neat. They did exactly the trimming per my specifications, and they were good to work with, as they had a positive attitude. When my husband came home later that day, he was very impressed & happy. Not only did our tree look great, but the Pro-Tree Service workers thoroughly cleaned up our yard; they removed every limb, branch, twig, and leaf that had covered the yard after the trimming. ****, the owner, had come out the day before and listened to all of my questions and my preferences. The price was also fair & reasonable. I'm definitely going to tell my neighbors about this company. I was very, very happy with their work.

  Had to remove 2 large dead poplars on my back and side yard. Received 3 quotes and they were very similar in price except for Pro Service which included free grinding of 6 other small dead stumps in my yard. The poplars were very close to both my neighbor and my houses. Additional discount was given for the job late in the year. Excellent job done with very skilled labor. No heavy equipment on yard except for tractor to haul away the big tree trunks. Good cleanup of yard. Note that most services just grind up the ***** and don't level the area after grinding. Not difficult for me to just rake the soil to level it after grinding of stumps.

  I had a tree cut down in August 2022 I paid **** $2,000.00 in full for the job. I have been asking for a receipt for 3 months now. I talked to **** the owner because that's who I paid my money to. He got very rude and irrate with me, after I told him I needed a receipt for the $2,000.00 I paid him for tax purposes. He asked me did I have the credit card statement. I informed him I do not and I need a receipt for the money I paid to have the tree cut down. It is October 2022 and I just got the statement from my credit card company with the $2,000.00 charge on it from August 2022. I have yet to get my receipt for the $2,000.00 I paid **** at pro tree service. I have nothing bad to say about the workers they are very nice hard working men. They knocked the power line down on my house and me and my neighbors lost power. They called an electrician out to fix it. I wouldn't use this company again due to Poor Ownership. **** I still want and need my receipt for the $2,000.00 I gave you. If I did a service for you and you gave me $2,000.00 you would want a receipt also. You file taxes just like I do so you know why I need my receipt. Just inconsiderate and rude to your customers. Non of the people bon here are lying on you either. Sad you can't get quality work or respect these days from business owners
