      Unfortunately, from the beginning, the project was poorly managed. The crew arrived The first day worked fine. The next day came.unprepared, having forgotten to order necessary materials, which caused delays. They had to leave ****** through the job to attend to another project because they dont have enough materials!!!!!!!! and didnt return for another 2-3 days. A big part of the delay was also due to the crew frequently taking excessively long breakssometimes up to two hours or moreduring the workday.Once the paving was completed, I noticed a major drainage issue: nearly 2 inches of standing water collecting in the driveway. When I raised this with the project manager, *******, he responded rudely and dismissively, telling me to wait 30 days for curing. This was not only unprofessional, but also completely unrealisticcuring time does not fix poor drainage.After several follow-ups, I escalated the issue to ****, the General Manager. To his credit, he was respectful and assured me they would resolve it. While they did return and attempted to fix the issue, they only addressed about 70% of the problem. I was later told that the contract doesnt guarantee proper drainagedespite that being one of the primary reasons I pursued this project in the first place.Beyond the drainage issues, the quality of the workmanship is disappointing. There are cracks forming along the edges, tire marks left by the crew are still visible, and grass is already growing through the new asphalt. Every time a car pulls in or out, it leaves residue behind, further highlighting the subpar materials used.Since the job was completed, communication has been nearly nonexistent. Reaching anyone requires repeated calls, emails, and textswith little to no response. they have no interest to hear my complaints.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Based on the quality of work, lack of accountability, and unprofessional communication.
