      King Heating Solutions provided us with outstanding service and a great price for the very unit other dealers were offering at a much higher cost. They followed up after the installation to make sure that we were satisfied with the service. I highly recommend the folks from King Heating Solutions.

      had very bad experience will never used this company or recommend it to any homeowners in my area of ******************, First they show up 45 min late .then gave me price of ****** for a freon charge. the tech (if you could call him that ). stayed for about ***** min .even though they email a receipt which stated i hr. and that a part had to be replace. what a rip-off . Actually the "tech" claim something was wrong with his throat and he couldn't talk WHAT? and that his boss would call me . to tell me what the part was and give me a price for the completed work. The job ended up costing ****** and they could never produce the replaced part.

      On the hottest day of the year , the customer in question called the same day and we squeezed him in for an appointment. We are deeply sorry that we arrived later than the appointment time that we originally sent you. King Heating Solutions doesn't discriminate against people who have speech impediments. Nor do we make fun of those who are less fortunate to have full control of their limbs or any other handicap. My technician did an excellent job and we stand behind him. The job of the technician is to fix the ** unit and not exactly give a semester of HV** teaching to our customers beside how to work the thermostat and change the filter. You are free to watch us work , but please don't leave for 30 min and then ask us to undo all the work we did(while you were gone and show you how we did it. ) The unit wasn't working when we got there , but the unit is still working right now . You paid less than you actually should have paid for the work. Please give me a call

      I accepted a heating/air conditioner installation proposal from *************************************** The installation took place two days later. I later contacted K.H.S about a couples of installation issues. The installers were dispatched in a reasonable time and issues were corrected. I was extremely pleased with the Value, Response and *********************************** ************* provided.
