    I used to think AireServ was an honest decent business Until they decided to go out of business. They talked me into getting their ************** plan @ $16.50 per month. Now they're sitting on a few hundred dollars of mine without a word. Am I getting this money back? Am I screwed now? Did they skip town? There is no getting any reply from from them so my only recourse is to contact the BBB or go through Chanel 5 for answers.

    I have used AireServ of Kankakee for 4+ yrs and was treated well until recently. I have a paid annual contract with them and *********************** won't respond to calls to the business or a message left on his Jeep. I have paid $199.00 and no service or contact. Several months ago I had a humidifier breakdown that they installed. It was under warranty and the whole unit could have been replaced at no cost other than $89.00 labor cost. They replaced the selenoid part and charged me $235.00. The warranty company said they should not have handled it that way, as I was overcharged for the labor. Now I hear they may be going out of business. This is very poor business practice. I would never have recommended them to friends had I known this was they way they treated their customers. I even bought a new furnace from them in 2019.

    Aireserv of Kankakee is very professional and reliable. They have serviced our furnace and come in a quick matter and get the furnace serviced. Thanks **** and his staff for professional and a reliable service.

    I had 2 Technicians ************** they were very knowledgeable and explained the 2 problems they noticed when doing my Fall 2023 Tune-Up.2 honest guys not trying to take you for unnecessary things but to make sure your furnace ***************
