However, the outstanding work by La'Rome and ********** from Skyline Property Restoration turned things around.Swift Assessment and Comprehensive Plan: La'Rome and ********** promptly assessed the damage and created a comprehensive restoration plan. Their attention to detail stood out.Effective Water Damage Mitigation: They addressed water damage effectively, preventing any further issues.Thorough Fire and Smoke Restoration: La'Rome and Dimitrious meticulously cleaned and repaired affected areas, leaving no trace of smoke or fire behind.Careful Contents Restoration: They salvaged items I thought were lost forever, handling my belongings with care.Throughout the process, La'Rome and ********** maintained open communication, answering my questions and providing regular updates.     I am upset that I had to give 1 star to write this review. I agree with most of the negative reviews provided. I ABSOULTELY WOULD NOT recommend this company for changing a doorknob let alone some contract work. Was recommended through insurance company and it started off good. However to rebuild a first floor unit that had a fire, it took them OVER A YEAR to complete, they used the cheapest of materials, lied about what ***************** denied and tried to bill me thousands for additional cost and 6 months after finally completing the job, so many things are falling apart. Claimed they were coming to fix it but never did. If your insurance company recommends them... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

    This company really should be investigated and stripped of their licenses. There are a number of reasons why. They lack basic communication with their clients, they do not return phone calls, they prolong work, they do not care about people being out of a place to live. I bet if it was them that didnt have a place to live in, the work would get done in no time at all. This is the worst company ever! I would leave 0 stars if I could.
