    Well for starters working for this company for almost a whole year and they fire for points when I have a disabled child and kept begging for FMLA this is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life. They have no bedside manners at all. They have absolutely no heart. I have came to them in tears and all. From supervisors ,to Managment ,to HR, all the way even to the owner himself *****************************. I have been penalized for having to leave thirty minutes early to pick up my child everyday mon through Friday for not completing my 50 hr but even though I come in on Saturday to make up the 2 hr and 30 min I was short every week. It made no sense I had that agreement with supervisor. I wouldnt recommend working here to my worst enemy. I was punished for something that was beyond my control meanwhile there was lack of work for there special employees and they could leave early and not get penalized and not have to come in on weekends pretty much they show favoritism. Me personally also feel discriminated due to the situation and medical situation I had and tried to have the devotion and drive while dealing with specialists and therapy and dr ************ I really tried and gave it my all I just dont understand how they could be so unfair. And make accommodations to people who have no children and no medical needs as I really had proof and needed. The woman stated she was just bored and wanted to go home and got it with no penalties. If you do attempt to work here I pray they dont treat you as they did me. They couldnt even afford gloves to work and assemble it was really sad working for a company like this go there and find out for your self.
