If I could give zero stars, I would!! Absolute crooks! When their equipment is faulty and you get stranded in a parking lot 80 miles from home, you are expected to pay for the tow. Then when they determine that their equipment is complete garbage, they make you pay for another tow to a shop to replace the entire thing and you have to pay for all of that as well. And now that you have paid $1300 because of their faulty equipment, they want you to still pay the rent for your garbage equipment while you wait for new equipment. Then you call them to discuss this insanity and their customer service people are rude. They refuse to allow you to speak with management. They are taking advantage of people. Absolutely do not use this company!

Poor quality device that malfunctions frequently and leaves you unable to start vehicle. On hold for Hours and have no concern when unit malfunctioning. Had to keep taking unit to garage to get recalibrate. Had to miss many hours to get unit reset and Had to pay for out of my own pocket. They say they are low cost but in the end I had to pay so much more. And now are trying to charge me to return their defective unit

Severe Warning: Avoid Low Cost Ignition Interlock If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a severe warning to anyone considering Low Cost Ignition Interlock – do not install this device in your vehicle. The device I received has been nothing but trouble, causing repeated battery drainage and leaving me stranded multiple times. This has led to missed workdays, important appointments, and has thrown my personal and professional life into chaos. The customer service experience mirrors the poor performance of the hardware. Promises of support and “no wait times” are a stark contrast to the reality of being on hold for hours without a response, a frustration echoed across multiple user reviews . The stress and mental anguish caused by the defective device, compounded by the abysmal customer support, have been overwhelming. I’m left with no choice but to advise strongly against this company’s product and services. Please consider this a dire warning; save yourself the trouble and avoid Low Cost Ignition Interlock at all costs. The cost savings are not worth the risk and the potential for significant disruption to your life.
