    Very prompt at very professional! The workers took care as not to track dirt throughout my home. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it right away. Highly Recommend for the professionalism and promptness alone.

    I've used Mdm a couple of times and would recommend them to anyone! They are quick to respond and schedule. Their work was good and they seem to be able to handle anything...one job was with an old plumbing system and one a modern one. Their cost was super reasonable.

    Their work is fine but their billing practices are shady. I had them come a do not quite six hours of work in an over 8 hours day. Twice they went to the store and were gone over an hour each time. The owner told me, when I called to question the extremely high labor charge, that when they go to the store, customers are not charged for that time, However I was charged , JUST IN LABOR $**** for less than 6 hours work done at my job. When I asked what the labor charge was per hour. He said they dont bill that way (I guess its arbitrary so buyer beware) but when I had them out to a different job of mine a few months ago and called up after to ask what they charged (because the bill seemed a little high) He was able to give me dollar amounts in labor per hour and for a trip charge/initial service to come out. He could provide dollar amounts then. He also tried to tell me that the labor charge of **** was for 10 hours, luckily I had my paid receipt time stamped at 545pm and could show the entire job lasted 8 hours because they started at 945am) and like I stated before they were gone over two hours on trips to the store so actual working time on my job wouldve been at most 6 hours of labor (that the owner said customers dont pay for trips to the store but now he was acting like that was indeed part of my paid labor time.) He also said they dont charge labor per hour because they give bids and they NEVER GAVE ME ANY KIND OF BID. It seemed he was changing his rules to justify ripping me off on labor. Get labor and trip cost prices up front or they will take u for a ride. I wouldnt trust this company again
