    "FYI the service department at this dealership is ok when it comes to repairing a vehicle for basic maintenance but their auto technicians are incompetent when the problem consist of technical issues with electrical and wiring components I experienced an ongoing problem with my service engine light coming on and off intermittently going back and forth to service from may of 2023 tiI October of 2023 i was charged a little over $200 dollars just to tell me that nothing was wrong with the performance of my 2016 F150 trim level (Lariat) my service advisor who's name is ******* told me that a wire from a wiring harness was damaged with repair should remedy the problem by splicing the wire something a alley mechanic would do however the issue never got resolved after this failed attempt ******* informed me that the problem with my vehicle is going to require a lot of work I requested to speak with service manager ***************************** all he did was reiterate what ******* stated ******* did ad that **** engineers is going to have to get involved which never happen I took my concern to GM ***************** and **** corporate customer complaint department at that time I was ask if I could have another **** dealership to look into the issue with my F150 I did take it to another dealership on November of 2023 at that time I was told that **** engineers has to be involved I took my F150 in to the new dealership of my choice on 01/15/2024 vehicle is being repaired no thanks to Roesch (Bias) is what I concluded."
