    ********* IN **********, **. *****!, you know what you have done to our community. 2.7 million loan to fix a non-structural issue that you and you minions orchestrated. Shame on you! And know, that you will be hearing from more than one attorney. Charging our community, more than $500 per month assessments , knowing that, all that goes against our bylaws . All you and your accomplices will be haunted by what you did to us. And we will make sure, you won't be able to do this to anyone else.

    Dear **** PBR Management Group is a community association management company. No one from the company is on the board of directors. Only the board of directors make the decision pertaining to your association. Your board of directors repeatedly sought legal counsel pertaining to the issues. The association's attorney provided many responses in regards to your by-laws and the Illinois Condo Property Act, 765 ILCS 605/1. The project that you are referencing started before PBR Management Group was handling the association. The board of directors voted and proceeded with the funding for the project.
