      This place is a joke called them cause one of our fleet trucks broke down about 35 miles from our shop they said they would get write on it should up 3 hours later they service guy sprayed starting fluid in it and it started then died without checking the fuel filters he told my driver that the fuel pump is bad and needed to be towed. The dispatch called me to say needed to be towed I asked for a price and he said would be in a email along with a credit card authorization form got the authorization form fist filled it out sent it back then got the invoice ******** for a 35 mile tow I cant see how this place is in business complete **** offs

      Was charged $399 to tow my car three miles. Called to contest the charges thinking there was mistake only be told that the rate was non-negotiable. Saying the the company representative was rude and unprofessional is a vast understatement - bulling behavior, personal insults, and of course lies. The company overcharges the market rate by a factor of more that two (found out a comparable tow in the area would have been $125 - $175). Don't use this company. They are shady and deceitful.

      This is the WORST TOW SERVICE EVER! After my son requested a tow of his motorcycle less than 5 miles, he was charged $417 and that included a discount for being 2 1/2 hours late. When he questioned it, they threatened to impound the motorcycle if he didnt pay. DO NOT USE!!!!!

      The only thing this company "prioritizes" is themselves. They tell me they accept credit cards and it states that on their website but then when we use it to pay they told us it wouldn't work without a proper ID. Unfortunately its a company card with the name "General E". They only offered to let us pay with cash, zelle, venmo, or check. This company is a full blown scam and shouldn't be allowed to carry on with this shady business.

      This is by far the worst experience in towing that I've ever had. The website mentions that payments are acceptable at ********************************** and Discover. However, after my service they requested "Zelle Only". I was confused as to why. However, I discovered my 2 mile towing cost would include a fee for "where the driver came from". This was NOT discussed over the phone or documented by the company on their website. The driver could have come from ANYWHERE. They only accept Zelle payments because they can't be disputed, which I'm sure they experience often! This business is a total joke.

      We had an oversize load in ********* that shifted and these guys showed up in a light duty truck and insisted they could help us, quickly and at a fair price. We were quoted $650 over the phone. They brought out a rotator and spent 20 mins, total, with their winch system. They demanded payment for $9500. We got the police involved, but the police couldn't help us saying it was civil. We are filing a suit against them as we were advised it would be $650 at the very beginning of the agreement. This company will break you. They will take full advantage of anyone at their most vulnerable position. 100% fraudulent of a company.

      Total ripoff!!!! Save yourself and DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!! For 30 min of work, they billed us $980.00 and held our truck hostage until **** was paid. We paid it, as we had no choice. They should not be allowed to do business. They are crooks!!!! Why is this company still in business with such horrible reviews? All they had to do is remove a bumper off our truck, (per police). I should not have to select one star out of five, when they are so bad.

      This company is a total scam! Beware! After canceling when told what they were charging, which was criminal, they proceeded to take car anyway, we are filing consumer complaint, we learned they are not to be doing buisness in Davidson County.

      Scam! My car hydroplaned and needed to be pulled out. Car was drivable and it was raining hard. We were under tornado warnings and I was very scared. The charged me $800 for 1 hr and 12 mins from dispatch til job completed. When I was finally calm from the incident I called to ask about the price. Said it was by the hour. $350 was charged twice. A photo fee and a $85 fuel fee! I called the local one too. I want at least of the payments back. I asked about the price and he started to say $100 and then said he didnt wanna quote me until I was out. Dont worry he would help.. then I asked the driver BEFORE he got my car out and he asked was I quoted. I said no he said wait til you arrived. I signed for him to get the car out and then he shows me a receipt of 800 Ridiculous
