    Do not conduct business with HOWW Manufacturing! They offer personalized gear (in my organization's case it was plastic boot cups). My organization started talks with **** and at first, they seemed to be easy to work with. They were quick to respond to emails and calls as needed. We got up to the point that we received a personalized proof of the plastic boot cups from HOWW and we arrived at a decision point on whether my organization would utilize their services or not. After voting, unfortunately my organization decided to not use their services and stop conducting business talks with ****. After passing this news to HOWW, they responded with angst and claimed that once I approved of the personalized proof, that I had approved them to begin manufacturing 150 of these cups. This was not a legally binding agreement, nor did I sign anything that said that my organization would be definitely using their services. I would also add that my organization did not pay HOWW any money and they started production without any signed documentation. Once receiving the unfortunate news, they began the harassing behavior via email, questioning my integrity when they simply did not follow good business practices. Without payment for goods and services, production should not have started. These harassing emails continued as myself and my superior continued to act cordial and clearly explain that we did not approve for any production. **** threatened to bring lawyers into this, and up to this point, have not provided any solid proof of the 150 supposedly made cups. This company does not use common sense and I highly discourage anyone conducting business with ****.
