    I brought my van into Clouser's for a minor repair as a new customer and they called and told me that it was ready to be picked up, but said that my radiator fan needed replaced. Since the fan was replaced just two years ago and has been working fine ever since I told them not to do any work on it. After getting the van back from them it started overheating whenever I was driving slow or stopping, which it was NOT doing before I brought it to them. I checked the radiator fan and it was not working. I got a flashlight and found the radiator fan was unplugged! I plugged it back in and the fan started working. But because of Clouser's dirty trick of unplugging my radiator fan a rod bearing has gone bad on my van and the engine is now ruined due to the overheating that they caused. I've never dealt with crooks as bad as this in my life! Shame on you Clouser's! Stay away from there if you don't want to get robbed or have your vehicle damaged! It's going to cost me $5,000 to put a new engine in the van!
