"We had booked an 11:00 transport to the cruise terminal and had made note prior to booking that I would have a fold up wheel chair. I was second in line to board the transport and the driver told me he could NOT take the wheel chair that the next "same sized" transport would, WELL there where three others slated on the NEXT 11:30 transport so I had made mention to that to him." ...
