"Beware and proceed with extreme caution with this company just as you would with an actual Mad Cow. This company will take advantage of every opportunity to get you to sign a contract under the duress of a stressful situation following a storm, claim to be working with your insurer at no cost to you, perform lackluster service, then solely rely on said contract to bilk you and your insurer for exorbitant costs, threaten liens on your property, and attempt to silence any negative reviews online with frivolous claims of libel lawsuits for negative reviews after they've buried them with more recent positive reviews of their own." ...
