    Water damage in our basement ******************************* to work with. ******* came out on a Thursday to assess and came out Friday with the crew to clean up the water and take up floors and cut drywall. The job was clean! They didn't leave anything behind. They were on time and committed to their work. They explained everything so we were not in the dark. Very reliable, very nice and helpful!!! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you PuroClean

    PuroClean Disaster Mitigation (and its owner Rush) was a lifeline to me at a dark time. I can only say good things! My elderly brother who has some physical and mental health issues was in a terrible hoarding/bedbug situation in *******. I live in another state. I was trying to get him help, but every place I called would either handle the bedbug issue but not with the hoarding, or the hoarding without the bedbugs. I made countless calls and was frustrated to the point of tears. Finally I called PuroClean. Rush called me back promptly. I explained my problem. He worked tirelessly to help me. He coordinated with the pest control people, arranged for the disposal of the stuff with the hoarding, fixed plumbing problems and at the end cleaned my brothers place so I barely recognized it. It was a small miracle. He kept me informed on problems, told me not to despair that things would work out, sent me pictures and ALWAYS returned my calls and answered my questions. I thank God every day for him. I would recommend PuroClean to everyone.
