    I used them before and had a great experience. I called them about 3 weeks ago and schedule an appointment to do some work for me. They came out and looked at the job and promised a quote in about a week. I had to call them after about 1 1/2 weeks to get the quote. Then I needed an explanation and it took 2 days and only after calling and complaining did I get a reply. I agreed to the work and they called me to schedule an engineer to now look at the job. I told them I would be out of town until a date in July. The woman on the phone gave me an argument and was rude. I have cancelled the work. I don't know if they over worked or understaffed, but this is not a company I will work with again.
