My bank gave me a phone number for Quicken services. I called and after the fact, I find I was connected to Identity Services LLC. We reviewed why a payment from Quicken was not received by the payee. They posed as Quicken agents. When we were finished, they said the non-payment would be cleared in 24 hours, and they would send me a gift card for $100 due to fact that Quicken had a service issue that caused the non-payment. Neither of these happened. That same day I noticed a charge for $3.49 on my ********* ********** checking account. I do not know how they could make a charge through Quicken to withdraw the $3.49 payment. This company as far as I am concern is a complete SCAM. Please stay away. Mellon Bank and Quicken are both reviewing this incident.

THEY SOMEHOW ACCESSED MY CHECKING ACCIOUNT. THEY ARE CROOKS. THE NUMBER THEY USE BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSEIdentity Services, LLC
