    BEWARE. All of the previous positive reviews relate to the father, not the son who took over recently. He continually missed scheduled appointments and when he showed up forgot to cap a water line and flooded our entire home. After informing him, he didn't show up for 3 days to fix the cap issue and cancelled the schedule time to come finish his work. They missed appointments and flooded our home causing thousands in damage.

    I have always had very good experiences with **** Simon and his wife. They were always able to schedule service promptly and professionally. The jobs done for me were well done and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend him anytime.

    I would never use this person againif it was free. His wife answers the phone to schedual appointments and she is extremely rude and ignorant. He showed up at my home didn't say a word didn't ask to take off his shoes did the work and handed me a bill thats it. No personality no thank you for the business nothing just rude and ignorant and his prices are very high. I do not recommend.
