    I ordered a personalized jar through ******** on July 3rd. They first said it would be shipped August 3rd or 6th I still didn't get it so I called ********/ Stoneberry and they told me there was new shipping date of August 23rd and were waiting for a tracking number. Today is the 27th of August and still no tracking number although I was told by a ******** supervisor it had been shipped but they were waiting for a tracking number. Still no tracking number.

    Purchased a mailbox decal on Personalized Planet. The decal is not the size stated in the description, which says it is 15" L x 7" W. The decal received was 12" L x 5.5" W, which was too small for the mailbox. When I explained what happened to Customer Service, they only offered to refund me if I paid to ship the product back, which I felt was unfair, since they mis-described it on their site, and took no responsibility for their error. Thankfully, I paid via PayPal, and they saw to it that I was refunded fully for this vendors error.Save yourself the headache and do business with a more reputable company.

    had to dispute order through PayPal for them to respond to my requests. took 2.5 Months to get what they stated would ship in 2-4 weeks. They were jerks about me starting a dispute with Pay Pal. don't do business with them you will be disappointed
