    If I could leave a no star review, I WOULD!!!! I have tried to reach FP Mailing Solutions over the phone and email since May 16, 2022 just to get an RPIN number for our replacement postage machine. Every time I call i'm on hold for over an hour and then they hang up on me. I have tried to contact them by email and no one has contacted me back. We will be cancelling our service contract with them but can't figure out where to send the machine back to and they owe us around $100 of postage that was left on our other postage machine.
