    Other complaints on your website about OML HVAC sound very familiar. They installed a new mini-split system in our home last fall. It took several visits for their crew to get the heat working, and it is now mid-July and theyve still not gotten the A/C working. Theyve come out 5 times, and each time theyve left without fixing anything. Finally, they left a month ago saying the owner himself would return the next day, leaving the equipment not working at all not even the heat works anymore. Since then he has not come back, and has not responded to texts, calls, or emails. We paid him $$$ for a system that now doesnt function at all. I now have a quote from another very reputable HVAC company that has quoted me $2,750 to fix the mess they have left us with.

    Tells people he will give them a warranty but never shows when you call him. Promised me 3 different times he would fix something & never came. When I called I was told I was too far. So unless youre right around the corner, dont waste your time.
