  Customer sent us a purchase order for a transmission to be delivered to their location in Staten Island, **. A month later they processed a charge back stating they did not receive the merchandise that we hand delivered to their customer.DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

  SCAM ALERT.Stay away; avoid at all costs. This is a fraudulent operation based in *****. They try to broker their engines and lie when they state they have stock.They attempted to retain most of my deposit as "shipping charges" after I cancelled my order.I was told three times it would ship the next day, it never did because they never had the product I needed. They lied.You have been warned- this business is a SCAM.They belong in Jail, and I hope somehow they are shut down.

  This is by far the very WORST company I've ever dealt with.My 89 yr old friend had his son buy a motor ***** these ppl.It didn't come so closed debit card n filed fraud chg. Then 2 mths later motor showed up not tied down,bent fan blades and more.When shop got ready to install it after fixing parts it couldn't be installed because the rocker arm went thru the cam shift.Many many calls all different names anwser phone. But yet sound like same guy.Numbers from ID..CA..PA SCAM ARTIST !!!They said would refund money if we dispute the chg. But then deny the dispute!!SO DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST!!!!

  Let me start by saying....Do not do business with this company! I'll try to make this long story short. I was given a phone number to company called ************ for a lady named ****, who turns out didn't work for ******* but worked for Techgineer. I didn't find this out till i got the first engine delivered. I found the engine i was looking for on the ************ website, and while giving **** the info of the engine i was looking at, 3.5L twin turbo w/o oil cooler, 65k miles and $4800, she was taking down notes and preparing to bill me for an engine that she had no connection with. First Red flag. The engine arrives, its in REALLY bad shape, my mechanic calls and says, "I don't think this is a 65k engine, it looks more like well over 100k, plus no turbos included." He called the warehouse that the engine was sent from and it was confirmed that the engine had 155k miles on it and did not include the turbos. Second red flag. So i call them, request an exchange and explanation. No explanation just apologies. They send me another engine, that we agreed upon, with I think 85k miles, but when it arrived, the courier dropped it 3 times, caught on camera by my mechanic, and it did not have the turbos. About 10 weeks ago, we sent it back and i requested a full refund and no longer wanted to do business with them. I've called them every week for ****************************************************** they are having problems with their bank, and keep telling me "give me 4-5 days and you'll have your refund" Here we are today, May 25, 2023, and i still have NO REFUND and they keep giving me the same excuse with no concrete date on when or if I will receive my refund. THREE STRIKES YOU'RE OUT! There's more details but no characters left :( So here I am filing this complaint because i don't want this to happen to a single other person. They are crooks, overcharging and then buying and sending a lesser engine for less money, and NEVER sent what was expected.

  I ordered a motor for a car through them, $1359.64 was the price. I paid $451.00 to start with. They took the money out of my account before they were supposed to do so. I wouldn't pay the rest until the motor was delivered. I was to pay delivery fee, $480. It went on for 10 days. They said it was supposed to be there for **** days. The number they gave me was wrong to check on the delivery. I couldn't find out where the motor was at. I used DISCOVER and they covered me on this.

  0 stars!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered a motor from them. DO NOT do business with them!!!I ordered a replacement motor for our **** Jeep on March 6, 2023. They told me they had one (which they never did) they even produced pictures of something that they never had possession of. The motor in the pictures they provided was on a crate ready to be shipped. I gave them a deposit of $680 to start the transaction with the rest due upon the motor being shipped. Turns out they were acting as a middle man for a motor located somewhere else and I was now supposed to give that business the remaining $2000 before they would even pull the motor out of a Jeep from their salvage inventory. So Techgineer lied about having a motor. They lied about the mileage on the motor. They never had anything to ship and yet the whole time through correspondence they kept reassuring me that it had been shipped and was being held in a warehouse waiting for me to pay the remaining $2000. When I realized what might be happening I asked to cancel the transaction but they refused to refund me the original $680 because they said the shipping and taxes were not refundable!!! They never had anything to ship in the first place!!! Total scam

  0 star rating...do not order from this place!! They are scam artist... rip offs.. I ordered an engine for my wife's 2014 **** Fiesta on March 6, 2023... I paid $586 for the 1st part of payment and they told me when they were going to be getting ready to ship it out they would then charge me another $600... on the 9th I called to find out what was going on and they told me they'd call me at the end of day to let me know they were shipping it and give me the tracking #.. they didn't call... not that day or the next day either.. so I called to cancel my order and was told I'd only get $186 refunded cuz they had already shipped it out ... they lied... told me I had to pay for shipping off $400 cuz they had already shipped it out... they did not ship it out cuz they told me they would contact me before shipping it out! They are a total fake scam artists stealing people's $$

  Worst experience ever with any company. I don't even know if this is a real place because they use a call center from *****. We agreed upon a price of $850 with a $300 deposit. I am expecting my engine to be showing up any day now and I call them and they say oh *********** actually I was just about to call you we need another $100 for shipping. And I said no that's not going to happen we agreed upon a price you guys need to honor that or send my money back. It has been 2 weeks I have been trying to get my deposit back and the airplane games with me and they think it's funny. They all keep using generic names like ***************** or *** and I asked for a manager and the guy even admitted what if I transfer you to one of my colleagues and say he's the manager.
