      When I contacted ******* at CRN, he made me feel quite a bit at ease. I was worried because I had a few accounts in collections, and the collection agency wasn't want to budge at all with the amount of debt owed.******* told me what we were likely to expect, and sure enough he pulled through just like he had promised. He maintained excellent communication and told me what the next steps would be.I also had another debt with another agency. He actually said I would be able to get more favorable terms than he could, and he coached me on what to do. Sure enough, he was right!******* at CRN is an honest person and tries to genuinely help people out. Other debt settlement people want quite a bit than his rate. I called some of these other places, and they were too pushy for my taste. CRN was a lot more laid back and easy going. I was clear with exactly what ******* was going to do, how his fee scheduling worked, and what to most likely expect. There were no surprises and everything was very transparent.I recommend reaching out to CRN if you need help navigating with debt collectors. If ******* can help, he definitely will! He will even direct and coach you, if he feels you'll ultimately get a better deal. But if all else fails, he can get you still very favorable agreement terms.I can't say enough good things about this company, and I highly recommend them.
