      Slick Rock Tanning is an absolute nightmare to deal with. You will be upcharged, charged monthly in the offseason to keep your account, then charged again to start back up again & now they have added an annual membership fee. We reluctantly agreed to the exorbitant tanning prices but that was not even the issue.Every single year, a new fee or charge is added without notice. Last year, we paid fully and had access to any tanning bed. This year, you have to pay extra for the newest bed which we used all of last year. There is no recourse once they have charged your credit card. The girls at the desk are nice but unable to credit back your money for unexpected, undisclosed charges. **************** flat out refused. Any unexpected charge may allow you store credit of merchandise, $100+ tanning lotion that is a complete rip off and spa treatments that are absolutely not worth it. No one wants your store credit for a Slick Rock robe or overpriced tanning lotion when we have been overcharged!!This place is a terrible business model and I hope to see it fail. They hide charges in fine print & do not discuss them up front as you sign the very small signature window so that you agree for Slick Rock to charge your credit card without any notice of changes or new charges. As we were leaving, another customer was furious over the exact same issue. Identical.**************** also would not credit her card for undisclosed unexpected new charges. Also, dont forget to cancel in person before the end of the month because they will keep charging monthly. Businesses run like this are an absolute financial racket and should be investigated. We will never return.

      Slick Rock is an absolute scam. If you EVER go here for a single service, pay for that one service and never ever sign up for a membership. Theyll charge you, never explain certain charges, and in the fine print will even charge you to keep an account open but not use their services. You will be forced to battle them with your bank, making a claim for the charges. If that wasnt reason enough, every time you walk in you feel you walked into a car dealership where its predator v prey and the sales associates inside Slick Rock try to upsell you on every item possible. Learn to say no. Dealing with this company in ANY capacity is exhausting.
