  They have gone downhill over the last several months. I have been trying to reach them for 6 days now. I have called, requested a call back, held on hold for over 4 hours daily, sent emails and can not get a response. I have questions that need answered right away. This is definitely not how business should be done. Very disappointed.

  Hice mi primer pago y al ******* dia me cancellan el servicio ,hoy se vencio el pago y quieren cobrar por un servicio que no dieron,y no me quieren regresar mi dinero que pague por un mal servicio ,puras mentiras se vuelve esta company para que pasen los **** y no regresar el dinero que pague,ellos robaron mi dinero ,el vendedor solo me vendio y nunca mas me contesto,esta muy mal lo que hacen ,

  Do not factor with truckstop, they say that it is optional use the factoring but if you don't use the factoring they suspend the services but they don't close the account until you pay 500 dollars, they are a total fraud..

  DO NOT FACTOR WITH THIS FACTORING COMPANY. When I started the factoring with this company everything was going smooth as they stated but after a while everything changed I would submit all my paperwork early morning to make sure I would get paid the next day and that didnt happen I had to wait an additional day to get paid. They have poor customer service. It is very difficult to get intouch with a rep. you would need to leave your phone number and if you get lucky youll receive a call back the same day. After deciding that I no longer wanted to do business with their factoring company. they made things very difficult for me to transition to a new factoring company,

  HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY Over the last month everything has gone downhill. non-recourse? LOL NO No contract? NO Promises of next day pay? LOL ROFL ONLY when it is convenient for them, but hey they will at least keep charging you your fee. BUT not Provide the service. Hold times? Over an hour, Call back sure AFTER it is too late do a wire etc. OH and yes, the emails. Send to: That changes constantly. I am looking for somewhere else to go. *************

  They have deceptive business practices. The salesman called me three times a day for two weeks to sign up for the load board advised me that the load board brokers would except a new MC less than 30 days which is not true. Once I signed up, the salesman told me that he would be my point of contact of it for my first 30 day once he took my credit card and process the first payment. I was never able to reach him again then when I try to sign up for a load under one of the brokers that were listed on the load board, they would only except an MC that was older than 90 days when I asked for a refund they declined and said that they dont promise anything even though the sales person did promise, and guarantee that these brokers would work with a new MC.

  After reading the reviews I was hesitant to sign with Truckstop at first. However, I loved the idea of no contract. For me and my experience this is by far the ********************** in the Country no hassles no long term contracts etc!!!! But the most important thing that makes this Company unique is its ******************************** *********************** and others have went over and beyond to help my new company get a solid foothold in everything from factoring to its useful ************** I highly recommend every new (and old) Owner/Operator to use their Services !!!! Its great one stop shopping for all of your Trucking Logistics needs and if you ever run into problems they have the absolute best **************** all around !!!

  After reading some of these reviews, I've decided to share my experience with Truckstop. My company is new to the trucking industry and after considering another competitive companies, we decided sign with Truckstop. I was introduced my account rep ************************* who has held our hand every step of the way. He answers all my calls on the same day, leads me in the right direction of anything he may not be handle. ***************** is my load board contact and has shown me how to operate it for our company needs. We've been with Truckstop since November and have not had any problems or delays with payments. In fact, we actually took a load from a company who didn't factor with TS and who was giving us problems with getting paid. I discuss it with ***** and he actually spoke with the Brokers who was withholding our payments and was able to get us paid in a two day turnaround. I'm very pleased with all the services I received from the entire TS team and we will not be changing to any other factoring company any time soon. Thank You to the Truckstop team for all of your awesome work :-)

  Straight scum!! Stay far away from these people. All they will do is hurt you!!!! They dont care! Cold blooded and cold hearted!!!

  Account was set up and canceled within 30 days they continued to bill me saying that I called to extend the time.. I clearly didnt not call to extend I was auto payment so why would I pay to extend the time. They refused to refund and charged me for another 2 months .. I never used the service.
